The health check helps ALMIS customers identify opportunities to explore the latest enhanced functionalities in three steps;

Step 1 – Deep dive into how the client is using their ALMIS Solution

  • Our customer services team will have an initial call with you to identify the relevant data and assess areas for improvement.

Step 2 – Review and Recommendations

  • ALMIS experts review existing processes and datasets, identifying underused areas of functionality and opportunities for optimisation to add more value to the treasury team. By analysing usage patterns, system performance and user feedback, our team can pinpoint areas for improvementwhere the software’s capabilities could be more efficiently leveraged. This includes a review of the system set up, data and performance testing.
